Method

  1. Mise en place: dice onion, grate ginger, and thinly slice greening onion.
  2. Dice tuna into bit size chunks.
  3. Mix all of the ingredients together.
  4. Salt to taste.
  5. Let marinate for 15 to 30 minutes (if you can wait).
