Ingredients
Method
- Mise en place: dice onion, grate ginger, and thinly slice greening onion.
- Dice tuna into bit size chunks.
- Mix all of the ingredients together.
- Salt to taste.
- Let marinate for 15 to 30 minutes (if you can wait).
Notes
- You want a sweet onion, Maui or Vidalia if you can find it
- Serve with steamed rice or fried wontons
